Yes. Many of our customers are facilities, organizations, and companies buying in bulk, and we offer volume-based tiered pricing: the more you order, the lower the price per unit. Most product pages include a volume pricing table so you can see the price at each quantity level.

We purchase in large volumes and get quantity discounts, and we pass those savings on to you by selling at a lower price. We also import many of our items directly from overseas.

You can place large facility orders right on our website. On most products, the volume pricing table shows your lower price per unit at higher quantities. On some products, like our linens, facilities get the lowest price by ordering by the case.

Many of our products are specifically selected for use in assisted living communities, nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and similar environments. Suitability can vary by application, so please review the specifications on each product page or contact us if you need help selecting a product.

Dimensions and specifications are listed on each product page. They are in inches and usually in the format width x length. When three numbers are given, like for a fitted sheet, the dimensions are width x length x height (mattress pocket size).

We offer three materials:

• Solid polyester: a continuous sheet of 100% polyester, very similar to nylon. Great for hauling and storing laundry and linens.
• Mesh polyester: also 100% polyester, but with visible, controlled open spaces. Often used when laundry is washed and dried inside the bag. Athletic teams and linen rental companies also like mesh because it lets contents breathe and helps prevent mold when storing damp items.
• Canvas (cloth): a polyester and cotton blend. Generally more expensive than polyester bags, with more heft.

It depends on the bag:

• Mesh bags (polyester webbing) are meant for washing and drying clothing, uniforms, and linens inside the bag. They are commercial quality and come with drawstring or zipper closures in 3 sizes.
• Solid polyester bags (nylon-like) are meant for transporting clothing, uniforms, and linens. They can be washed and dried in commercial machinery once the articles inside have been removed.

Yes. Our laundry bags are industrial strength and manufactured for commercial use. They hold up to being handled, transported, washed, and dried. A majority of our customers are facilities and commercial laundromats.

Yes. They can be washed in warm or even hot water, but cold water will prolong the life of the bags.

All bag measurements are width x height, in inches. Our most popular size is the 30x40, which is 30 inches wide by 40 inches tall. Our laundry bag size guide shows each size next to a person for scale and suggests which size fits which need.

• Mesh bags have a cloth ID tag you can write on with a Sharpie or permanent marker.
• Solid bags: we offer a version with a clear pocket where a claim form can be inserted.
• Accessories: our laundry bag accessories category includes a vinyl tag you can write on with a marker, and a clear vinyl protection sleeve for a claim form that attaches to any of our laundry bags.

Every laundry bag can be custom printed, but the default is a standard, non-printed blank bag. To order standard bags, go to the product page, choose the color, and add your quantity to the cart.

To order custom printing, click Yes under Add Custom Printing? on the product page, choose the color, enter your quantity, and add to cart. You can also place a custom-printed order by phone or email.

On the product page, click Yes under Add Custom Printing, select the bag color, then enter your quantity. The default is the 50-bag minimum, but you can increase it. Click Add to Cart to see the price.

Yes. The minimum is 50 bags, all with the same image. The more you print, the lower the price per bag.

Most customers print their logo, sometimes with more information below it. The most common additions are an address, website, and phone number. Other options include a facility name, social media handles, QR codes, and a rectangular block of printed ink that can be written on with a marker.

If you're ordering on our website, use the Art Upload section at checkout, right after you enter your shipping address. You can also email your artwork to us; our email is in the footer of the website. We'll create an electronic art proof for you to approve before printing.

We screen print on both our laundry bags and our pillowcases. Screen printing provides strong, durable ink adhesion that resists fading.

Yes. Allow approximately 6-8 additional production days for custom printing, on top of normal shipping time.

We ship within 1-2 business days for all of our in-house products. For those products we make to order, such as some of our USA made bibs, the lead time is indicated on the product page. For any custom-printed products, there is an additional 6-8 business days before they ship.

Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. Actual delivery time varies with your location, the carrier, and other shipping conditions.

We ship throughout the United States. We can also ship to Canada and other international destinations, but you'll need to contact us by email or phone for a shipping quote and to place your order. If you have a question about a particular location, please contact us before ordering.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Return eligibility may depend on the product and its condition.

For eligible returns, you will need to request a return authorization number that will need to be written on the label or package. Please see our Returns page for more details.

Custom-made and custom-printed sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Because these products are made specifically for your organization, please contact us before placing a custom order if you have questions about your requirements.
