Our Commitment
We send three emails after an order is placed. The first is sent as a receipt confirmation after payment is made, the second email is a notification sent with tracking number once the order is shipped out and the third and last email is sent once the carrier has delivered to you. It is very important that, if the order is not received upon our delivery confirmation email, that you contact us immediately. Most carriers are only willing to trace the delivery for up to seven days after confirmation of the delivery. We always do our best to assist any way we can. But if you do not contact us within that time period, we may not be able to have the carrier trace the package and therefore cannot be responsible or liable for a refund.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available on most products; however, you must call for express quotes and place the order over the phone. Make sure to call by 2:00 PM EST for an express order to go out the same day. Some large orders may take longer. Occasionally large orders are manufactured after your order has been placed and it will cause a slight delay. The express rates that we receive from the carriers are discounted due to the volume that we ship each day. We do not add additional fees or make any profit on to the express shipping charges that we are given by the carrier. We only charge what we are being charged.
How do I know what my shipping rate will be?
Shipping rates are based on the total weight and dimensions of the items in your shopping cart. To calculate shipping rates, put the products you are purchasing into your shopping cart and click on "Add Info" next to shipping. Enter your city, state and zip code and the click on Estimate Shipping. Alternatively, your shipping rate will be calculated at the checkout process after entering your shipping address.
For International and Alaska or Hawaii orders, please call us and we will calculate shipping rates. Please Note: Some products that ship directly from the manufacturing mills cannot be shipped outside of the lower 48 US states. Call 1-888-388-5862 to request for an express shipping quote. But remember to ask right away, orders need to be in by 2 PM EST for same day shipment of express orders. |
