The order arrived quickly, and in perfect condition. My sister likes them, which is a small miracle, as she can be hard to please these days. My niece has been in the hospital over two months. Not the least of her problems has been the polyester hospital gowns supplied by the hospital. I ordered three of these for her, and she is finally able to. sleep through the night without sweating. I just ordered three more, and her nurses asked where she got them. Other patients would like them, too. The only drawback: I had to slit the arms and put in velcro fasteners so that tubes, etc. could be attached to her body. It would be nice if this were an optional feature.

I purchased a few of these for my mother. I called in my order because I needed it expedited and the person who answered the phone was amazing. He took the time to get me a few shipping quotes to save me a little money and asked what colors of gowns my mom would prefer. During a difficult time, the kindness was appreciated more than you know. The gowns arrived this morning and are so pretty. I know they'll be just the thing to lift her spirits and make her feel more like herself. THANK YOU!

Loved the gowns they are soft and comfortable

I am so happy with the gowns I purchased for my mother. They are soft, wash well and have an easy snap on the back. Best of all they look so much better than regular hospital gowns. A very nice gentleman helped me with a variety of color selections and even took the time to ask what colors my mother would like. I think it is important to support our local business. The price was excellent for a quality product and good customer service. I feel I can give my mother her dignity by providing her with these gowns. Thanks for being there for us. I purchased 2 gowns. They are well made and have nice patterns which means the world to my 90 year old mom. They actually reached out with a phone call to work with me on pattern choices since they were out of the ones I wanted. Thank you Assisted Living Store.

I did this same review on the other other gowns- the polyester blend but since I also bought these cotton ones I am copying and pasting. (I loved them all but actually prefer these, the 100% cotton ones). My beautiful mother is in hospice. The thought of seeing her day after day in a dreary grey gown was depressing. We purchased 7 of these, a different pretty gown for each day of the week. So let me tell you- I called the order in because I wanted to be sure this is a legit company. They answered the phone and a gentleman took my order and was so friendly. The order date was Monday, I received them Wednesday. So overall just fantastic service. The gowns themselves are beautiful and they make my mom feel pretty. Thank you for these, 5 stars. (by the way, the man who took my order suggested that I order some of the blended, and some of the 100% cotton. It was a great idea because mom can choose what she wants to wear that day. Thank you again!)

This store is a Jewel!! Customer Service is the Best!! I am so happy I was able to find ALS when searching the web for gowns for my mother. The snap back closures are great. I started with buying only a couple gowns. Then a couple more. My mom loves them, she has the soft cotton one's with 3/4 sleeves. Everyone at the Nursing Home she is in keeps complementing her gowns. I wanted to order more but didn't want any repeats of what I already had. So I took a picture of them and sent the picture requesting if I might be able to order 4 more and not receive duplicates of what is pictured. They made it happen! I've order more than just gowns. They have a very nice selection of other things for people in Nursing Homes and Assisted Living. You won't be disappointed if you shop here! (originally from the google review)
