The Details
Gym towels see bleach in nearly every wash, and bleach gradually strips the color from an ordinary dyed towel. This one is made to keep its color through that routine, so the stripes stay distinct and color-coded sets stay easy to sort.
The 14% polyester handles the laundry side. Polyester is stronger than cotton and resists stretching and shrinking, so the towel holds its original size through constant hot washing, where an all-cotton towel tends to shrink and lose its shape. The cotton majority keeps the towel absorbent for its main job.
