The Details
The yarn is why this towel feels the way it does. Most towel yarn is tightly twisted for strength, which packs the fibers down. Zero twist yarn leaves out most of that twist, so the fibers stay loose and full, and each loop presents more open fiber to the skin and to water.
The checker pattern covers the entire towel rather than sitting in a band at the ends. That gives the surface texture from edge to edge, and it is what sets Tuscany apart visually from the rest of the Luxe collections.
The open surface that makes zero twist soft also makes it easier to snag. Velcro, rough hooks and jewelry can pull loops, so Tuscany suits guest-facing rooms better than heavy-duty general stock.
